Terms of Service:

By commissioning me as the client you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

General:

  • Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and the prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction
  • I reserve the right to reject any commissions for any reason 
  • All artwork is transferred digitally
  • My skill levels reside in the following

Can do: Anthropogenic characters, Furries, Light-medium gore, Light-medium mech, Human, Fanart, Yumeship art.

Can’t do: Heavy gore, Heavy mech, bara (extreme muscle), Problematic characters/people or ships (including but not limited too ships involving a minor and adult character or person).

Payment:

  • Payment will only be accepted through stripe/the ko-fi website which covers apple pay and other forms of payment. 
  • I require the full payment before starting the commission and if I do not receive it the commissions will not be started.
  • Payment is only in USD and is nonnegotiable 

Deadlines:

  • Deadlines vary depending on my workload but my average work time is within 2-10 days, with a 2 week maximum. I will provide an estimated time for completion when starting as some works depending on complexity can take me longer than others. 

Communication/Updates:

  • I will provide 3 WIPS depending on the commission purchased
  1. Sketch
  2. Base Colour
  3. Render 
  • I prefer to communicate through Discord for updates along the way to receive the all clear on potential sketches and drafts.
  • At the beginning of the commission process I will draft 1-4 sketches with different compositions and give you the option to pick within the 4, if none are too your liking please feel free to communicate that with me and I can draft more options. 
  • I ask that all commissioners come to me with a reference or idea in mind, preferably a pose and pinterest board with references of the character/s I am being asked to draw. 
  • I can design characters as a part of my services for an additional +$5 fee based on either songs, piece of writing, album covers, pinterest boards, etc. The reason I ask for the extra fee is because It takes more time for me to design a character rather than draw a pre-made one with references. 

Usage Policy:

  • My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial or AI use is permitted unless I give the say so. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!

Refunds:

  • You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission then I will not offer a full refund, but I am open to offering a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been completed.
